Written by Mad Movie Mathew  Henry is Senator Kelly's aide. He is the man who Mystique impersonates on the helicopter before attacking Kelly. Such a small secondary character gets a very small blink 'n' you'll miss it reference to his death, so I've labelled it 'unsatisfying' and rated it very low.

Magneto briefly mentions later on that "Mr. Gyrich has been dead for some time" before he exposes Kelly to the machine, but doesn't state how he was killed. It appears that the reason the real Gyrich died is revealed at the end. Just after the news report that Storm and Cyclops watch about Senator Kelly (or Mystique impersonating him), we hear the reporter off-screen mention that Gyrich was found dead in his home, apparently mauled by a bear, implying that Sabretooth, one of Magneto's henchmen, bumped him off.
