After watching this film, you could be forgiven for thinking that the US Navy really doesn’t need to have a fully operational crew to protect its nuclear arsenal. All they really need is one Navy Seal and a Playboy Playmate to take care of business.
The complete annihilation of his terrorist force has left Stranix in something of a quandary. He resolves to fire off a couple of nuclear warheads at Honolulu. Ryback enters the control room for the film's final showdown. Caught on the hop by Stranix, he is forced to sit and listen to this nutter's running commentary of what is going to happen.
Like all master criminals, instead of killing the hero, Stranix explains
in great detail his intricate plot, including ways it can be diffused
It is at precisely this point when Seagull gives us the film's morality speech:
"You and I, we're puppets in the same sick play. We serve the same master and he's a lunatic and he's ungrateful, and there's nothing we can do about it."
As Stranix gags on the sheer cheesiness of this line, Ryback kicks the gun out of his hand and throws him across the room. Stranix, scrambling to his feet, grabs a rather large kitchen knife and prepares to do battle.
Throughout the film there had been great emphasis placed on Ryback's skill with knives, and so it was no surprise that when the final conflict occurred it would be something of a knife fight. After each combatant scores a few nicks on the other, they come together and wrestle, each keeping the others knife at bay with their free hand.
We then have a catalogue of absurdities. Ryback bites Stranix's knife, who releases his grip on it. Then Ryback, using his free hand, jams his thumb into Stranix's eye. This is followed up by Ryback stabbing his knife into the top of Stranix's head and......

......in one flowing movement he rams Stranix into the computer monitor. Casually picking the nuclear code key from Stranix's pocket, Ryback heads off and saves the day.

T think this might be One on One.
