At the weekly SPECTRE board meeting, Agent No. 9 comes a cropper when it turns out that he has been funnelling some of the money made from the drugs running operation into his own account - clearly there is no honour among thieves.
Agent No. 11 gives the update at the meeting and is a trifle concerned when Blofeld accuses one of the pair of imbezzling money. In contrast, Agent No. 9 is sitting there smugly, doodling into his notebook.

No. 9 really should pay attention in meetings...
To punish him for sitting there smugly, Blofeld (q.v.) presses a button on his control panel which sends an electric current through the chair No. 9 is sitting on, killing him. The chair then disappears into an underground chamber and when it re-emerges No. 9's body has been removed.

Agent No.9 gets the shock of his life when Blofeld accuses him of imbezzlement.
Note from Mouseburger: This death was wonderfully parodied in Austin Powers: International Man of Mystery with Mustapha, and as is imitation is the sincerest form of flattery, it receives bonus points.
distribution of Red China narcotics in the United States $2,300,000 collected by No.9 and myself.
$2,300,000?our expectations were considerably higher No.11?
competition from latin america.prices are down.
i anticipated that factor.are you quite sure all moneys have been acounted for by yourself and No.9?
to the penny No.1
on the contrary i have satisfied myself that one of you is clearly guilty of imbezzlement.SPECTRE is a dedicated fraternity who's strengh lies in the absolute intregity of it's members.the culprit is known to me.i've decided on the approiate action. SIZZLESIZZLESIZZLESIZZLESIZZLE

this counts as "vanishing corpse".right?
I'm not too sure about "Vanishing Corpse"?
Now that Mustafa is actually a documented death, this should link to him. Mustafa himself should count as "Execution" instead of "Death-trap"
Tempting Fate anyone? He was embezzling money from SPECTRE and being extremely smug about it. Blofeld wasn't going to let him off easy with that.
