This unfortunate guard is doing his rounds of the office building where disgruntled ex-cop Howard Payne plans to rig an elevator to explode. Happening upon Payne in the elevator control room in the basement and mistaking him for a repairman, the guard demands to see a work order. Payne complies, retrieving a sheet of paper from his toolbox. Unknown to the guard, Payne has a screwdriver concealed behind the bogus work order, which he swiftly whips out and jams into the guard's temple, stabbing it into his brain. As the guard dies, Payne assures him, "Nothing personal."
You know, I'd love to be killed by a "Dennis Hopper". I'm sure you meant 'screwdriver' though.
I wrote the death so it's likely my fault.
