This the death with the South American gangster who knows that explosives expert Ray Quick is blowing up his accomplices one by one.
He is at the gang's headquarters, and there are jokes about not touching the cigarette packets in case there is a bomb inside.
Charlie laughs along with the others, but as he gets in the lift to go down to the basement carpark, we can see he is worried. Walking to his convertible, he decides to be cautious and check it for a bomb. He does this despite the fact that he already knows that Quick is an absolute wizard with miniaturized bombs that are impossible to spot, and he is just a mid-level ignorant goon.
However, when he gets down on his knees and looks under his car, he does find a block of dynamite that looks as if it has been stolen from an old fashioned tin mine.
Triumphantly, he disarms the crude device and then, just to make sure, rudely tells a hapless teenage parking attendant to reverse his car out for him. While the young lad performs this demeaning task Charlie steps behind a concrete pillar, just in case gobs of charred teenager stain his suit.
Luckily for the lad though, the car is not booby trapped, and Charlie drives off, giving the attendent the dynamite as a "tip" .
To get out of the carpark though, he has to key in his PIN at the exit barrier. So all Quick has to do is look up this number and program it to be the detonator. Just for giggles, he adds some additional electronic trickery to display a 10 second countdown, which Charlie is too dimwitted to realise is bad news until it's too late. Just before the bomb goes off, the display changes to "bye bye", and Charlie's torso is propelled about 40' into the air.
Editor Note: I have no idea who this character is, it could be Strongarm (Sergio Doré Jr. - if someone could tell me that would be appreciated)
