After surviving an initial encounter with Sin City's honest cop, John Hartigan and losing his hand, an ear and family jewels in the process child-murderer, Roark Junior, returns for revenge years later.

Hartigan has just been released on parole, after doing a bit of bird for the crime Roark Junior committed, but which his father, a corrupt and powerful senator, framed on the cop.

The experimental drugs used to regrow everything Junior lost all those years ago have taken their toll on him however, leaving him as the gruesome "Yellow Bastard". He tracks Hartigan and Nancy Callahan (the girl who he tried to kill all those years ago) down and eventually captures the latter, leaving Hartigan behind to be hung.

Hartigan is a tough git though, and he subsequently escapes, and pursues Junior to the Roark farm, where Junior is in the process of torturing Nancy in a barn.

Overcoming his heart condition, Hartigan attacks Junior, and the two engaged in a fight, until Hartigan knocks the ghoulish paedophile to the ground and proceeds to take away his "weapon of choice" once again.

First he takes away the whip Junior used to torture Nancy...

...then, in full gory detail, Hartigan gruesomely rips off Junior's testicles with his bare hands!

With blood flying everywhere, Hartigan finishes the job by smashing Junior's head repeatedly, until there's nothing left to destroy.
