In Pulp Fiction, if you put the scenes in order, Vincent Vega would be dead because The Gold Watch is technically the last chapter and Vincent is killed in that chapter.

How does he die? Well, Butch, while preparing to leave town, goes back to his apartment to get his watch (which is of extreme sentimental value). He retrieves it, but he's hungry and so he puts some Poptarts in the toaster. As he does this he notices an Ingram MAC-10 on the counter, and so he picks it up.

Shortly after picking it up, he hears a toilet flush. Butch realises that the owner of the gun is behind that door and so quite sensibly, he points it in that direction. Vincent walks out and is surprised to see Butch standing there with his own gun pointing at him. A tense standoff ensues, which is broken about 10 seconds later, when the Poptarts pop up. On cue, Butch fires round after round into Vincent, who is blasted back into the bathroom, dead.

This shouldn't be under 'Own Weapon', considering the fact that it's Marsellus's gun.

I think it should qualify on the grounds that he was the last to be in possession of it before the killer picked it up.

Genuis, you find someone your already on bad terms with(bar scene), who also works for a guy who trys to ruin your career for personal gain. He was sent to kill you, what would you do? Vincent overrall got the most movie time, but hey, it's john travolta

It didn't altogether seem intentional. More seemed like the toaster popped, startled Butch, his finger tightened on the trigger and BLAM! Bye, Vincent. Kinda a sad way to go, really... death by inconveniantly timed pop tarts.
