I always wanted to see what was making all of that smoke at the bottom of that pit. It was so still and perfectly formed...

sort of like the smoke in Superman's home in Superman 2, where General Zod, Non and Ursa are killed.

shouldn't she be Baddy (Minor)???

no she should be dead in order to conclude the film so Baddy (Major).that is why the knight worned Indy and his father not to steal the Holy Grail from there.

Well, I guess since Raiders had three Major Baddies then I guess Last Crusade does as well: Donovan, Vogel, and Elsa.

What a crazy Nazi. Who knows how far down that pit when, anywhere from (if she is lucky) 15 feet to (unlucky) miles.

I don't think Vogel qualified as a Major Baddy. Belloq was the main antagonist and Dietrich and Toht did seem like his co-conspirators (e.g. he had to run everything through with them before making any major decisions). Likewise here Donovan and Schneider were the main villains but Vogel seemed like he was taking orders from Donovan. Schneider and Donovan are the only main villains in this one.

If anything, Vogel seemingly took his orders from Elsa (even though Donovan went behind her back at one point), but I do agree his status as a main villain is a bit iffy. However he is the most physical of the three and is a recurring threat throughout the film so he floats between being a major and minor villain IMO.
