Charlie would be the twelfth person killed onscreen in the film. Also, I'm unsure what his archetype ought to be. I wanna say 'Innocent Bystander,' since he was just a student minding his own business and only even got involved because he was the first person Stanley encountered after running out of the classroom. Had he not bumped into his professor he may have just continued on his way and survived.
This makes Stanley
slightly responsible for Charlie's death, but Charlie went of his own volition after hearing the professor's story.
