This is "Ironic" how?

erm, it is slightly ironic that Fireball is killed by a huge fireball

How were they supposed to kill a guy with a big tank of flammable chemicals on his back?

heh, there are eight million ways to die. however, you asked how it was ironic, and the reason i have given is pretty ironic to me....

Hm, I didn't find thid death, unsatisfying because it was pretty ironic and cool, even though it was a little too quick..
