Yes, I enjoyed this write up a lot, especially the description of the flashback in the middle. I penalised it a mark in my rating though due to what I thought was slightly excessive dialogue .
If I was being really picky I'd ask for some kind of summary at the end of the review too, putting the scene in context with the film. After all, this is the climax of the movie, and it hints that Bourne's problems are pretty much all his own fault, as he willingly agreed to be "government property".

Yes, I am a sucker for transcibing the dialogue.

Yeah, normally I do that but here I really had no idea what do since those last lines of dialogue pretty much summed up the result.

There is also reason to believe that there is an Alternate Fate for Conklin, as it numerously mentioned that the ending featured in the film is a re-shoot. While details are somewhat sketchy on what the original ending was, we can say that Nikki's footage is actually from the originaal version. (Julia Stiles was unable to attend reshoots, and was edited into the ending) Part of the footage from the original ending, can be seen in the film's theatrical trailer, where Bourne, gripping Conklin by the tie, is seen pushing him against a banister in the staircase.
