The movie only shows him die 3 times. The other deaths though mentioned weren't in the movie and therefore should not be included. You wouldn't include president kennedy's death as an assassination if his death was merely mentioned on the tv in the background cause it wasn't a focus of the movie and not demonstrated in it.
