Still own weapon, just in an ironic way

But it wasn't being used as a weapon.

I still can't believe that Trevelyan survived his fall. He had to have fallen well over 100 feet and STILL lived after hitting a solid, brick landing.

if Alec Trevelyan had lived the United Kingdom would have re-entered the stone age.

No, Natalya had already destroyed the Golden-Eye.

Heh, just ignore Karl Eichholtz. He posted crap like that a long time ago but he's been pretty scarce on the boards as of late.

I wanted 006 to drop 007 off the gantry. I was definitely cheering Alec on. Anyone who wants to kill Pierce Brosnan as the worst Bond in history cant be that bad. Annoyingly, I seem to be the only one who thinks so on this site. Long live Craig!!

Well, I prefer Dalton myself, and I dislike the plots of all the Brosnan flicks, so, does that count?

First off all the Bonds are cool, except for George Lazenby. Craig and Brosnan are great Bonds. This is personally my second-to-favorite Bond flick (being exceeded only by the new Casino Royale) due to its extreme tongue-in-cheek and actually brilliantly melding comedy and action (especially the Q's lab scene). Also I think that Alec Trevelyan is the greatest villain in movie history ever!!! He's probably Bond's most worthy opponent, even more so than Blofeld. Think about it: if you can actually make Bond bleed in a one-on-one fistfight than you deserve these points. The only part of the final fight I disliked was when the awesome music stopped. Also Trevelyan survived the initial fall but it still seriously injured him. If it didn't break his arms and legs he wouldn't have stood there screaming like a lil' baby: he would've run like Hell!

I gotta disagree here, I honestly think Craig would be the odd-man-out among the Bonds. Lazenby didn't have the same spirit as the others (he was more "business-like" I thought), though I thought he did do a decent job despite not taking the chance to prove himself as the character in further installments. During his first outing as Bond, I thought Craig was played more like a generic... well... "blunt-instrument" (Though I have yet to see Quantum of Solace to really solidify my opinion).

Generally speaking my fav Bond is Connery because not only were his films awesome but I have a great amount of respect for the actor and his other movies. Brosnan is second due to the awesomeness of Goldeneye and his other flicks. Moore I think is third since his movies were particularly tongue-in-cheek which is as important as action when it comes to Bond. Craig is the most "meh" Bond for me since Casino Royale was the best Bond film but Quantum of Solace suuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuucked so it averages out. Dalton also did a fairly good job but Lazenby I just have to say no. On Her Majesty's Secret Service just annoyed me since Bond doesn't fall in love, he falls in lust. He was just too emotional to be Bond.
