Offscreen Killing? We never see him hit the ground. (ouch!)

But we still see him fall. If we add Offscreen Killing to this we gotta add it to every other character who falls and is never shown hitting the ground (Carnahan, Gobler, Sarah, etc.).

Also removed accidental (OK, he didn't mean to die, but it was an inherently dangerous thing to be forced to do, so doesn't really qualify as an accident in my opinion) and added ironic (it's mildly ironic for various reasons),
