This is the fakest part of the whole successful film.
There is no way anyone can hold a gun like Tom Hanks did: Hold a .45 pistol (1.1KG +) with right hand straight up after got shot in right upper chest!
The whole right arm would be powerless and way too painful to do such a thing.
