I have no idea if this character is actually Jay Crockett, I don't actually remember any of the names. I think he's the dude that loses the pillow fight to the jock though.

Actually, the character is Kenneth Martindale, played by Nicholas Cortland. You can find this out if you play the scene where Holly Irving's character asks the poor bastard to go to the greenhouse, she refers to him by name.
