None of the other deaths where underlings are killed by their bosses are listed under "Betrayal," why should Truman-Lodge be any different?

It's the only one Sanchex betrays on his own, without Bond feeding him wrong infomation. Sanchez, in the heat of the moment, just shoots him.

That being said, shouldn't the others that Sanchex kills in revenge for "swindling him" be moved to "Execution"?

I too think this may need to be moved to "Betrayal" even if it was in blind fury.

Definetely. Not to mention Bond gets a taste of that action when he kills Killifer.

It could be argued that Bond does plant the seeds for Lodge's death when he's on the conveyor and asks Sanchez, "Who's got your money now? Truman-Lodge?"

I disagree. Sanchez seemed unfazed by that comment and really he trusted Truman-Lodge with his money. The thing that killed Truman-Lodge was his annoyingness. He kept on bugging Sanchez on their budget and ultimately yelled at him for costing them even more money. Sanchez just got really annoyed by Truman-Lodge's constant shouting and that's why he shot him.

Also wanna hyphenate his name, as "Truman-Lodge" is a surname, not his full name; his full name is William Truman-Lodge (according to the novelization and a recent trading card game anyway).
