Grishka:"eat this,eat this,and this,and this for my brother!
*Bond takes out one of Grishka's knives from the door and throws it into Grishka's back*
James Bond:"and that is for 009."

This is the closest that any Bond henchman has ever gotten to emotion (aside from homicidal rage).

Any more exclusively knife-throwing baddies? (aside from Mischka of course grinning smiley)

I can't think of any in the Bond films at the moment, but there is Valerian in North by Northwest and Navajas in Desperado. Neither of them ever uses anything but knives.

Yeah, just looking for knife-throwers in general. It's one of those MOs that is unique enough to be cool usually without being so out there to be used only once or twice before becoming a parody. Not to mention that it can be improvised about anywhere unlike a complex gadget that leaves the character unarmed if broken.

Indeed. Well, like I said, Valerian and Navajas are the only other two knife-throwing baddies I can remember at the moment, and they would seem to fit your description, as they only uses knives in a couple scenes each (two scenes for Valerian, one really awesome scene for Navajas).

EDIT: There's also Shafek in The Mummy Returns. He throws a knife in one scene, and for that reason prior to learning his name I called him "the little knife-thrower guy."

However, because he also uses a gun in one scene I'm unsure he fits. Even Valerian never used a gun. When he and the other guy kidnap Thornhill, it's only the other guy who has a gun, which I actually didn't catch until you brought up the "uses knives exclusively" thing.

Alfred in Hudson Hawk had knives that ejected from his sleeves....but I don't remember him throwing them. However regardless they did appear to be his exclusive weapons (apart from the Sforza in one scene, heh).

Hey where's Mischka's death? He got a cannon dropped on his head remember?

I always assumed he was just knocked out. It didn't look like the cannon hit him with enough force to kill him. His fate is ambiguous at best. Grischka's insistence that Bond killed him seems based on the fact Bond is wearing Mischka's clothes; a not too unreasonable conclusion to come to, admittedly.

Wait a minute. The writeup says that Bond threw the knife into Grischka's back. However I just watched the movie and actually when Grischka tripped he quickly turned around. The knife landed in his solar plexus.
