Is the fact that the glider would have killed Osmond anyway the reason you have not put Spider-Man down as the killer?

Perhaps this is a "Dilemma" or a "Contrived-Self-Defense"? "Crushed by Falling Object" also, but the death is not directly influenced by that.

Sheesh, triple-posting.

Would "Former Friends" or the "Drugs" that made Osborn turn into his goblin personality work?

Former Friends, yes. Drugs, no. The drugs only indirectly caused his demise, and they themselves played no part in his death scene.

But Bluffer kept Shakma under "Drugs". How about the others.

For me, the timescale involved is relevant. Shakma was drugged and a few hours later was dead. Had he survived for longer (eg: like the Green Goblin) I'd have been less inclined to assign the drugs category.
There are no cast iron rules though, there will always be grey areas.

Is Former Friends going to be added?

What about Accidental? I don't think he intented to be killed by the glider. (although, how was he planning to escape?)

Nah, i don't think we can class osbourn as a friend of Peter Parker's - if anything he was just a father figure. There is very little development of their relationship in the film and it is only Osbourn's regret that his son is not more like Parker.

As for accidental, i am not so sure. He is a victim of his own trap, which was executed with his complete knowledge. That Parker avoided it, does not make it an accident. Now, if it had shot off and hit a building, which cause a large block of stone to fall onto Osbourn, that would indeed be accidental to my mind.

He should 'definently' also be in Accidential.
