As a South African, I always find Pieter's death really funny, in that he's crushed in the end by a crate that bears the legend TRANSVAAL LINES on it.

I'm thinking Revenge, he had Riggs' wife and girlfriend killed.

Vorstedt was a real real annoying bad guy he killed Riggs wife and his girlfriend rika and
tried to kill Martin Riggs and also tied up murtaugh and his wife trish and also destroyed Riggs trailer and Riggs. Gets his own back on.
