I can see where you are coming from, but i think if Bond had impaled Tee Hee on the mechanical arm, it would be in the "own weapon" category. Falling/being thrown out of a train is the real cause of death for Tee Hee.

Good, but you forgot the post-death remark, which is an essential component of a bond baddie's demise.

In this case, after Bond rescues Soltaire from the flip up bunk, he goes to remove Tee Hee's claw from the window:

"Well that wasn't very funny! ...Now what are you doing?"




"Just being disarming, dear."

No, he is killed by his arm, if he wasn't going to be defeated by his own device then it wouldn't have been in the script

Speaking of the arm, what about "Dismemberment"?
