Our hope for this site is that we get hundreds of votes telling us:
- which deaths people enjoyed the most / least in films
- which writeups people enjoyed reading (and which ones need a rewrite)

The first will make the MDDB more interesting to everybody, and the second will improve the site as a whole, as it will inevitably improve our content.

We're lucky in that we've got a really nice rating system implemented on the site, which allows users to rate a death they remember before they read the writeup (near the top of the page) and then score the writeup itself when they reach the bottom of the page.
But, only about five users are currently bothering to do this at the moment, which is such a small sample that it makes all of our stats pretty much worthless.

So, how do I start rating things?

All you need to do is register, and then login to these forums. Once you've done this you'll see new buttons as your browse through the reviews, and provided you stay on the same computer you'll never need to log in again (well, not for months anyway).
