New Categories: Hacked and Slashed

After a high powered executive meeting between Mouseburger and Old Bluffer, it was admitted that two basic categories were needed to handle deaths where someone is cut (but not stabbed) or chopped with something like an axe.

We therefore have:

Hacked


Slashed


If you look at the deaths within them, you'll probably see why they were needed (some of the deaths were hard to classify without these categories)

Yeah I know the icons aren't very good, I didn't have much time.

Is there a category to use for "it was all a dream" ?
I used "not quite dead" for the McCoy kobayashi-maru thing in star trek II,
but it seems worthy of it's own category; it might have one, I just
didn't see one offhand.

The slimy salesguy in True Lies that arnahld has a momentary fantasy of killing prolly would also be in this.

I'm also not sure what to do with "Total Recall", where arnie shoots the guy from rekall inc., but you never find out if he was in "reality" or not.
