What Pictures Have You Submitted? *SPOILERS*

I have both versions, and trust me, barring the change in colour timing (the Donner version makes the scenes darker than the Lester version) there is no difference in any of the deaths. Barring obviously that the villans are not returned to the Phantom Zone.

I've got V For Vendetta, so I might have a hand in that soon enough.

Ah, okay. Awesome. Also, nix the "No Star Wars for a while" thing. I just got The Phantom Menace on DVD and now have a folder containing images of the deaths of Qui-Gon Jinn, Darth Maul and Daultay Dofine. smiling smiley

Man, I'm addicted to this now. Captain "Crazy Eyes" Frye from The Rock now has company in the form of fellow dead military guys General Hummel, Major Baxter, Captain "Rocket Man" Darrow, Captain Hendricks, Sgt. Crisp, Commander Anderson, Lt. Shepard and the aptly-named Marine That Dies.

Koosh, I was about to take Spider-Man pictures, but I just did the first cap of the Goblin and the Fullscreen version actually has more picture. It appears they've shot the film Super35, so the WS only adds black bars and narrows the picture.
Widescreen Green Goblin 1
Green Goblin 1: Widescreeen vs. Fullscreen

The only difference is special effects shots, which have been cropped because they were composed for Widescreen.
Glider Widescreen vs. Fullscreen

Want me to continue taking WS caps for Spider-Man?

Hmm, sure. I'm of the opinion that Widescreen is always better than Fullscreen.

In the meantime I've added screencaps for:

Airk, Ethna (the nursemaid) and Queen Bavmorda from Willow
Maax, King Zed, Jun Leader, Witchwoman 1, Witchwoman 2, Dar's Father and the Death Guard from The Beastmaster
Jud, Connie, Walker and the Truck Driver from Night of the Lepus
and
Akivasha, General Taligaro, Enaros, Ascalante, Zuleki (Enaros' assistant guy), Ducalon, King Borna and Mandara from Kull the Conqueror

Because it wasn't mine. It was left over at my house by a friend a year ago. smiling smiley

As for V For Vendetta, the Fullscreen version was all the store had at the time and I splurged, what can I say?

Perfect! As are the Spider-Man caps. They match mine perfectly. And dang, I knew I forgot somebody, thanks for grabbing the Carjacker, too.

Cheers. I used yours as a guide and I think only took a few extra caps, such as V's bullet-ridden tray.

Groundhog Day was hard to do - not because it was challenging, but because my DVD drive refused to read it at first. It took at least 10 tries to get it going - grrrr...

The Carjacker was actually given a name in Spider-Man 3 - Dennis Carradine, according to IMDb. I might do write-ups this week seeing as I'm the UK, where we got it earlier than the States. tongue sticking out smiley The next week, Die Hard 4.0, the Unrated version - sometimes being a Brit has it's advantages...

Just added the Flying Graysons and poor, poor Fred Stickley from Batman Forever as well as Two-Face (even though I know he's already been done I just did my own shots for fun).

What is with me and my love of goofy facial expressions whilst screencapping death scenes?

You do have to admit actors do love to over do it a bit in death scenes sometimes...
