New forum gripes

Since there is no forum for this already, I feel it is necessary to have a forum for problems with the upgrade.

All I notice is that there is no more instant Javascript "Bold" "Italic" "Url" function and that some bottom panels are not fully red anymore, instead contrasting red and gray, making them irritating on the eyes.

As per my announcement post, the main upgrade is complete and fixes and modules will be installed as soon as possible. The main priorities were stopping spam and ensuring the "comments" sections for the reviews weren't broken.
