a nightmare on elm street

right the character nancy died in the 3rd one i think, there was eevn a grave for her etc but she's in the wes cravens new nightmare and has a son. so i was wondering did i miss something? or is it there mistake lol

No. In New Nightmare, the actress was playing herself, not the character.
