Goon in Robocop?

Does anyone know the name of the one guy who is watching "I'd Buy That For A Dollar" with Emile when Murphy comes in? He has a healthy chunk of dialogue before Murphy blows him away, and if Bobby has a name then so too must this fellow.

You mean the guy who dressed up like Art Carney? he's listed as Dougy on the Internet movie database, as his quote corresponds to the name. An unimportant goon in the movie, like Steve Minh, he gets a bland "shot" in his few minutes of screentime. (maybe "tempting fate" for the "you wanna live forever?" line) his name is said maybe once on the movie (so unintelligible I couldn't understand it, sounded like "Vic".Played by Neil Summers born April 28 '44 in England, he is, above all, a stuntman who has done stunts in 104 movies and acted in only 34 (though seeming to still be doing both).
