Tee Hee is a one armed villain who has not let his disability stop him from reaching the heights of head thug in Kananga's (q.v.) criminal organisation. In place of his arm is a mechanical one, which looks like high tech can opener.
Following the death of Kananga, Bond and Solitaire seek to relax on a long train journey. However, Tee Hee has managed to smuggle himself on board and is preparing to kill the pair.

Bond catches Tee Hee just as he is about to clip a half asleep Solitaire's fingers off, and some close quarter's grappling occurs. When Bond is being choked by Tee Hee's arm, he makes a desperate reach for some nail clippers, and reaching them in the nick of time, Bond manages to clip the cables that control Tee Hee's arm, which latches onto the windows handle and locks shut, effectively handcuffing him to the window.

What self respecting man would leave home without his nail clippers?
Bond does not hesitate. He lowers the window and throws Tee Hee out of it, to his death.

Network Rail's new policy to deal with fare dodgers is a resounding success
wouldn't this sort of count as "own weapon"?
Mr Briggs,
I can see where you are coming from, but i think if Bond had impaled Tee Hee on the mechanical arm, it would be in the "own weapon" category. Falling/being thrown out of a train is the real cause of death for Tee Hee.

I just got a random image for this death, but it's not on the page. I had a look and there appears to be a fair number missing.
They have now been added, thanks for spotting that Matt!
Good, but you forgot the post-death remark, which is an essential component of a bond baddie's demise.
In this case, after Bond rescues Soltaire from the flip up bunk, he goes to remove Tee Hee's claw from the window:
"Well that wasn't very funny! ...Now what are you doing?"
"Just being disarming, dear."
No, he is killed by his arm, if he wasn't going to be defeated by his own device then it wouldn't have been in the script
Speaking of the arm, what about "Dismemberment"?
Nah, it wasn't real anyway..
unless you mean his real arm that was bitten off, no, because that was in the past.
