Voodoo kingpin Baron Samedi faces off against Bond, who has spoiled the voodoo ritual where Solitaire, Bond's latest bit of fluff, was to be sacrificed.

The Baron is easily outclassed in the machete confrontation and is subsequently punched into a coffin full of poisonous snakes where he is bitten to death......

Snakes alive!! Samedi comes a cropper from his pets...
.....or is he? The power of voodoo is a strange and mystical thing, and as the credits roll at the end of the film, we see the Baron sitting on the front of the train, laughing.

does this death count as "cheating death"?
Same complaint as for Blofeld in Diamonds Are Forever - you can't have a movie death if the pigeon ain't dead!!! Check the final scene of the movie...
Hi purpleheart_2003
I disagree with this, i think he is dead, but it is the mystical power of voodoo which resurrects him. It is for circumstances that we have included a resurrection category.
