Smitty is a worker on two-bit megalomaniac Jack Travis’s building development. Unexcited by a life of building reasonably priced condominiums for middle America, Smitty and his friend Billy Phelps (q.v.) decide to supplement their incomes with a bit of bank robbery.
Travis is not impressed, and is concerned that this crime can be traced back to his organisation. Therefore he decides to enact retribution.
Mildly reprimanding Smitty like a concerned parent, Smitty is unaware that his fate has been sealed the moment they stop by a man filling a pit with cement. One swift blow to the back of his head with a gun sends Smitty falling into the pit. He could have crawled out, were it not for Travis holding him under the cement with his foot.
Unsurprisingly, within a few moments Smitty's thrashing slows, as he drowns in the cement. To emphasise how evil Travis is, he jokingly tells one of his business associates to "stick around" so they can write there initials in the cement.
Just taking pictures, and it's not actually Travis holding him under his foot, it's actually one of the cement workers.
How about Asphyxiation for a category along with Drowning? I'd think that cement covering deaths, since it deprives you of all oxygen, would count for that.
