Crisp is a major drug lord and mummy's boy. His wife and child (understandably) have run off, and Crisp has spent the past five years searching for them in order to reclaim his son. His wife has taken assumed names and is happily living in Astoria, Oregon. Rachel Crisp, now named Joyce Palmieri teaches at the local elementary school, while Crisp Jr, now named Dominic, is a student in the kindergarten class.

The other protagonist in the piece is John Kimble, an undercover L.A. narcotics cop. His life mission is to bring Crisp to justice, and following the untimely death of a key witness, Kimble's last resort is to find Crisp's wife and persuade her to testify. Subsequently, Kimble applies for and gets the job of a kindergarten teacher, which he uses as a cover to find Crisp's son.

By the time Kimble works out the identity of Crisp's wife and child, Crisp himself has found them and he sets the school's library up in flames so that he can kidnap Dominic in the confusion, the stage is set for a High Noon-style showdown between Kimble and Crisp.

Kimble meets up with Crisp in the boys' locker room while Crisp is having a bizarre father-son chat with Dominic. Seeing Kimble, Crisp holds his own child hostage, forcing Kimble to drop his gun as he won't risk Dominic's safety. When Kimble asks that the boy be released, Crisp responds with "The boy is mine! He's MY boy! You get your own goddamn family!"

Crisp prepares to shoot Kimble, but at that moment, Kimble's pet ferret, who has become the class pet, runs out of Dominic's shirt and up Crisp's sleeve. Despite Kimble saying earlier that the ferret didn't bite, he bites Crisp in the neck. The reaction to the intense pain in his neck throws off Crisp's aim, and he nails Kimble in the knee. This sends Kimble falling to the ground next to his gun, which he grabs and, with no hesitation, guns down Crisp with three shots to the chest.

Luckily, Dominic didn't see this, or he REALLY would have been screwed up for life.

Would Animal or Devoured count for the ferret bite?
Comment 2 by 'Mr. Briggs Inc.' (reply to this comment)
I'd say one should (perhaps "Stabbed" as a substitute for "Bite"?) and Crisp should be an "Ambivalent" at least in my opinion, poor guy.

Actually, MB, it's Cullen Crisp Sr. Dominic is Jr. And thanks for cleaning up the writeup a bit.

hehe, i am not sure you can class a ferret bite as devoured, it would take a whole family of ferrets a lifetime to nibble their way through this particular Crisp!!

As for animal, the bite was hardly a killing nip, unless of course he was a haemophiliac, in which case the stupid clot might have had a few probs.

Mr Briggs - How can he be ambivalent, he was a bloke who had killed his way to finding his son, then at the end looks for a way to kill Arnie. In a film starring Arnie, that is as bad as they come!

Doc - changed as requested
