Mad scientist David Banner has attempted and failed to anger his son, Bruce, enough to cause him to transform into the big green alter-ego and exterminate all the soldiers (his reasons for doing this was so that he could absorb Bruce’s power). Disappointed, David decides to take matters into his own hands.
Grabbing a power cable and biting into it, David is promptly electrocuted by the powerful electrical energy surging through it. To a normal person this would be certain death, but for David, whose genetic makeup had been mutated to an extent that he can absorb and assume the form of any element he touches, this action transforms him into an electrical being.
Also at this moment, Bruce is put under enough stress and transforms into the Hulk again. But before the soldiers can move in and try to apprehend the pair, David grabs hold of Bruce and propels them both into the clouds in the form of a bolt of lightning. This creates a thunderstorm in which the audience can see brief flashes of the two fighting. Eventually, the Hulk pulls them back to the ground miles away, slamming his father into the rocky terrain.
David is far from finished. Absorbing the earth around him, he has now transformed into a stone-skinned giant. Hulk soon discovers that he can't touch his father without being drained of his power, and so he proceeds to throw him at a boulder. Due to David's power of absorbing elements, he is melded to the boulder and unable to escape. The Hulk uses this to his advantage to throws David into the nearby lake in an attempt to drown him.
This proves to be a mistake, as David transforms into a being of water, and now controls the entire lake. He drags the Hulk into the lake and easily overpowers his son, surrounding him entirely. David is able to begin feeding off the Hulk’s power again, and to compound the Hulk’s predicament, David freezes the lake, to prevent him from escaping.
"Sleep now, and give me all of your power..." David taunts his son, sure that the Hulk is resigned to defeat at this point. Deep within Hulk's mind though, Bruce manages to gain enough influence to try one last-ditch plan.
"Take it all!" Bruce/Hulk shouts, suddenly shattering the ice, and forcing all his energy into his father. This proves to be too much for the mad scientist, and he begins to absorb power at an alarming rate. No longer able to control his genetic makeup, David suddenly morphs into a giant amoeba-like form, sinking even deeper into his insanity from the build up of Bruce's memories and Hulk's powers.
Meanwhile, back at the military base, General Ross has pinpointed Hulk's location, and fires a powerful warhead armed with gamma radiation. The missile strikes the area, and the resulting explosion vaporizes David completely. His son however, would survive proving once and for all, who was more powerful.
What about Family?
I don't think "Family" qualifies. While it was Bruce/Hulk who actually fought him, it was General Ross who destroyed him.
