Bunny is Darwin and Minerva Mayflower's annoying, yappy little dog, who in her final moments exhibits some pretty vicious tendencies. Hudson Hawk and Anna Baragli are making their escape from the exploding castle, only to find their path blocked by Bunny the dog. Because Hawk has already fought with Alfred (q.v.) the butler, Anna decides to handle Bunny. The dog jumps on her and begins to ferociously maul her.

Thinking quickly, Hawk runs over, grabs Darwin Mayflower’s tennis ball launcher, and gets Bunny's attention the way Minerva Mayflower used to: "Bunny. Ball, ball!" Bunny looks over and Hawk fires the launcher, sending a tennis ball flying into Bunny's mouth with enough force to propel the dog across the room and through a window, whereupon Bunny immediately plummets to her death thousands of feet below.

i believe Hawkins still needs to kill Bunny in order to conclude the film so that would be Baddy (Major).

Not really, no. Is the dog the mastermind? Does he have shifty eyes?

Bunny is Darwin and Minerva's pet and a very minor Baddy. This wouldn't be the first time a minor Baddy outlived a major one, so no, I say Bunny stays a Baddy (Minor).
