Leslie is a member of the Neighbourhood Watch Alliance and a gardening expert. Angel, only now learning of Danny's birthday, races to down to Leslie's flower shop to get some Japanese Peace Lillies (there's something about those two...). Angel gets to the shop just before Leslie closes.
"I was about to pop off, actually," smiles Leslie.

She cuts a ribbon to wrap the flowers with her shears because she can never "find her scissors". Angel notes that her windows are saying that she's closing down soon. When asked, she reveals this bombshell that seem to link all the murders: "Well, George Merchant, God rest him, wanted to buy this land, so he sends round his legal fella, Martin Blower, God rest him, and I thought I might take them up on it. I haven't really got much family round here, save for Cousin Sissy. So I thought I might take them up on the offer and move to Buford Abbey."

When pressed further, she explains the offer: "Well it turns out, Martin Blower, God rest him, knew where the new bypass road is going because he was knocking off Eve Draper from the Council, God rest her, and then that reporter, God rest him, finds out about the route and tells me this land's very valuable. Tens times what George Merchant and Martin Blower, God rest them, offered me. So with them having passed on, I decided to sell it myself to some folks from the city that Martin, George and Eve, God rest the lot of them, had been talking to. Apparently, they want to build a bigshopping centre of something. Of course, Cousin Sissy won't be too happy about that but, as far as I'm concerned, Cousin Sissy can got fu-"

Angel tells her to hold that thought and go outside to get his notebook. As he walks out, there's a caped killer yet again. Angel turns round only to see the killer stab Leslie in the throat with ther shears, spraying blood all over the windows. Angel goes into pursuit, but he escapses. It's unknown who this killer is, but we do know that it can't be Skinner, as he's "Cousin Sissy" and did not sustain a cut on his leg like the person in the chase.

So why was she killed
"Cousin Leslie was a terrible shame," admits Skinner. "But it seemed she was set on moving away.
"We couldn't have her sharing her green fingers with anybody else," Weaver informs Angel.
"Not least those heathens at Buford Abbey," continues Reverend Shooter.
"If can't have her, no one can," Hatcher sums up.
