Tilly Masterson is the sister of Jill Masterson (q.v.). Having previously failed to wreak revenge for the death of her sister by killing Goldfinger (and narrowly missing Bond in the process), Bond and Masterson meet up again during one of Bond's traditional moonlight reconnaissance missions, outside Goldfinger's factory.

Bond stops Masterson from taking a shot, but she accidentally sets off an alarm. Goldfinger's men are swarming all around the woods and Bond and Masterson are forced to escape in his Aston Martin DB5.

A forest car chase ensues, in which Bond dispatches several cars by deploying the Aston's various customised features. However, it is not long before the road abruptly comes to an end, and Tilly takes this opportunity to get out and run for trees, with 007 giving covering fire.

As she is running, Oddjob gets out of his car and, with a deadly accurate throw of his hat, he kills Tilly by breaking her neck.

But his hat had razor edges... should this also count as "slashed"?

It's more of a continuity error in the film I think, or maybe they assumed no-one would make that connection!
