Ginger, having been bitten the previous month by a werewolf, is slowly developing more and more lycanthropic characteristics. Naturally, her sister, Brigitte, is concerned/disturbed and she ends up seeking help, which comes in the form of the local dope fiend, Sam.

Spending his whole life completely wasted, Sam is an expert on two things: 1) drugs (obviously) and, 2) werewolves (not quite so obvious, but -hey - he has watched a few movies).

Still, he does manage [somehow] to create a cure for Ginger, and the chance of a successful conclusion to a werewolf film seems high. Now the scene is set, Ginger finally changes into a vicious (and extremely ugly) werewolf. Prepared and ready for her is Brigitte, holding the cure in one hand and a knife in other (for protection), aiming to save her sister.

However, in a final standoff, things do not go well, as Brigitte forgets which hand the cure is in and accidentally stabs Ginger with a knife instead. This proves to be a mortal wound and Ginger dies, no doubt cursing the fact that her sister is thicker than the large print version of the King James Bible.

I've removed the "Pointless" category, as the point was she either had to be killed or cured.
