East German biathlon champion Eric Kriegler has it all; he is supremely fit and has a bevy of adulating young girls vying for his affections. He is than he seems though, as he is actually a KGB agent working with the treacherous Aristotle Kristatos to deliver the ATAC device to the Russians.
When James Bond arrives to foil their schemes, he engages Kriegler in a brutal fistfight at Kristatos' mountain base. Unfortunately, for Bond, Kriegler is huge, and throws him around like a rag doll. The mismatch is highlighted beautifully when Kriegler picks up a stone trough with which to crush the insolent Bond with. Out of the corner of his eye, he notices Kristatos fleeing with the ATAC, and is distracted for a split second. As is par for the course, this is the opportunity that Bond needs and, grabbing a pole that Kriegler had used earlier in the fight, Bond rams it at the stone trough. This causes Kriegler to overbalance and he cannot help but fall backwards through a window, off the roof, and plummeting to his death down the mountain.
Just a little nitpick- his name was Erich, not Eric. Common mistake.
Own Weapon should be here.
"Grab Bag," too, since said weapon was seized at random by Kriegler beforehand, then by Bond after Kriegler discards it.
