Rei uses Nanto Suichoken, a style that allows him to leap into the air and, with amazing speed, grace, and agility, cut somebody apart with his fingers from a medium range. Yes, one swipe of his hand and someone will be in pieces on the floor.
Raoh's right-hand man is Uighur, a very, very, large man, standing about 15 feet tall by 10 feet wide, and wielding two very large whips.
Rei faces off against Uighur, while Raoh - and hundreds of peasants - look on. Uighur launches his attack. Rei leaps away and lands back down. Uighur looks at his whips, to see that the ends of them have been tied into a bow. Grabbing the horns on his helmet, Uighur reveals two gigantic cat-of-nine tails, hidden in his helmet flanking.
Rei leaps past this attack and, with his back to Uighur, points at Raoh and challenges him.
Uighur turns around, and screams "Hey! I'm not done with you!" Rei responds to this by turning around, and calmly states "Oh, I beg to differ." He is proved right as moments later Uighur falls into a pile of neatly-sliced pieces.
That was an awsome fight in Fist ot the North Star. I especially liked Rei's comment before the fight. "I've come to topple King Rouh, not waste time on a maggot like you."
