After avoiding a deadly car crash, the grim reaper finally catches up with Tim after he takes a trip to the dentist with his mum, Nora. Back in the office, a leak springs in the fish tank which causes static on the phone, and prevents Kim from calling the dentists office in order to help Tim and Nora survive.

A pigeon blasts through the window and the distracted dentist, leaving the nitrous oxide on, makes Tim groggy. It may seem implausible, but while in this groggy state, a plastic fish falls into Tim's mouth, but before he can choke on it, the dentist's assistant takes it out.

However, the grim reaper is not so easily beaten and upon leaving the dentists, Tim, still groggy, sees Kim and Tom. They yell "Pigeons!" at him, but Tim misinterprets the meaning and so he runs at them trying to scare them away. He is successful in doing this, but in-so-doing, he sows the seeds of his own demise, as the pigeons shock a construction worker, who accidentally flips a lever, releasing the crane.

Tim could not be in a worse place, directly underneath a large glass panel, which is getting larger by the second. He just has enough time to look up before he is squished. That must be pane-ful.
