Kat Jennings has just been involved in a car accident, and she counts her lucky stars that she survived, having avoided being impaled on a large pipe that has come crashing through the headrest of her seat. As she is sitting in the SUV waiting for the firefighters to cut her out of the vehicle, fate plays a cruel trick and gives the audience a message that airbags kill more people than they save. The firefighters inadvertently set off the airbag with their cutting equipment and the force of this throws Kat’s head back onto the giant spike that missed her earlier.

The one thing that isn't mentioned here is that she was just picking up the cigarette she dropped. At that very moment the airbag blew up.
A very original death

p.s. smoking can killtongue sticking out smiley

I also liked how they lulled you into a false sense of security with the sarcastic exchange between her and the fireman. You think it'll be just fine, but as soon as the camera angle changes to the fireman's p.o.v, you know it's over with. The spike emerging from her forehead was just gravy. ^_^
