The henchman, known only as Zorg's Right Arm is assigned to impersonate Korben Dallas and board a cruise liner so he can acquire the Stones of the Four Elements. Little does Zorg know though, that Dallas and Leeloo have already boarded the ship, and so when Right Arm attempts to check in he is refused.
Annoyed, he goes and phones Zorg and informs him of his failure, apparently never having seen Casino Royale. Zorg says he is very disappointed in the henchman's inability to perform his task and hurriedly dials a number on a small control panel on his desk. On the other end of the line, Right Arm assures his boss that he's very sorry and something like this will never happen again. Zorg says he knows, and suddenly the payphone Right Arm is using blows up, killing him.
You mean Adrian Thaws?
Someone really needs to write up Casino Royale!
"I'm sorry, sir. It will never happen again."
"It won't."

BOOM!
A very nice and memorable death. I might send in screencaps once Mr. Mouse has sorted out the others.
This death has some serious formatting errors. First, Kindly submitted by Kooshmeister isn't indented as per usual.
Next, the title should read "5th Element, The" as Zorg is.
Finally the categories should include "Death-Trap" and "Execution" for obvious reasons.

Um. Mouseburger had it right the first time. 'The Fifth Element' is what the film calls itself, and 'The 5th Element' is it's more informal title. Just like 'X2', which is referred to as 'X-Men 2', but 'X2' is it's proper name.
it *is* like the other 5th element formatting?!
Mouseburger << thinks Mr. Briggs has been at the turnip juice again!!
ps good spot Mr B! thanks for pointing that out
Changing what back?? You just need to add "Execution"!
