Written by Mad Movie MathewThis second guard is the one waiting in the hallway behind the first guard in the lobby. Why he didn't hear Karl shooting the first guard, I have no idea. Deaf people usually aren't very good security guards.

Karl, staying close to the wall, gun in hand, lies in wait. Meanwhile, the guard sees a little black disc rolling edgeways towards him from around the corner. Sadly for him, he hasn't received any advanced training and does what any normal civilian would do, and just stares down at it in confusion. This proves to be a mistake, as it topples over and explodes with a loud bang - yes, it's a flashbang, causing no physical damage but temporarily blinding and deafening the guard (presumably he didn't notice the latter effect - OB). Karl swoops in like an eagle for the kill, and ruthlessly shoots the guard twice in the chest.

As minor a death it is, this is the 150th use of our ever-popular Shot category! :king:

If I'm not mistaken, the gun Karl used had a silencer on it, so the second guard wouldn't hear the shot.

Correct, Karl attached a surpressor to his Walther PPK just for this purpose: To make his kills undetected.
