Paul Kersey and "Wilde" have just blown away several punks, and now Kersey is out of ammunition. He heads back to his apartment to get some more. Meanwhile, Fraker (bad guy) has just gunned down two old people, after setting them on fire (see, I told you he was a bad guy!) when he spots Kersey running back to his apartment. Fraker decides to follow him.
Kersey reaches his room, and starts to search for extra ammunition as Fraker slips in quietly through the bathroom window. Just as Fraker steps into the room though, Shriker runs in and shoots him in the chest with a round from his revolver. This is not enough to stop Fraker though and he shoots Shriker in the arm.
His real problem now though is that the commotion has attracted the attention of Kersey, who unloads his own revolver on the Fraker. With Fraker lying on the ground motionless, Kersey turns his attention to Shriker, who is holding his injured arm. Kersey goes to call an ambulance when, all of a sudden, Fraker's eyes open and he stands up just as Kersey is picking up the phone.
He aims his gun at Kersey, and then points out that he has remembered to wear body armour. Shriker distracts Fraker momentarily, saying that he can't kill both of them without them getting him. While Fraker takes the time to respond to Shriker, Kersey quickly reaches behind his couch and pulls out a loaded rocket launcher that he had stashed earlier (now that is what i call foresight!) and points it at Fraker.
Fraker just has time to looks back and see Kersey pull the trigger. The explosion is easily enough to blow Fraker away, regardless of body armour, and is also powerful enough to destroy an entire side of the apartment as well.
Fraker's remaining cronies (along with half of the city) notice the explosion, and gather around the remains of Fraker's charred corpse. For some unexplainable reason, they decide to retreat at this point, leaving Bronson to go on to the next Death Wish movie....shame.
