Mr. Perkins is the Neo-Nazi to whom Durant and Dr. Hathaway intend to sell their high-tech laser assault rifles. Although initially cooperative, Perkins foolishly attempts to back out of the deal when Darkman crashes in on the meeting. He, and his skinhead bodyguards, attempt to flee with both the weapons and the caseloads of money intended as payment. Dr. Hathaway sees them and aims a loaded shotgun at Perkins, warning him, "You leave my babies!"

"They're my babies now, you Commie son of a bitch!" Perkins retorts. Hathaway responds by calling Perkins a "Nazi bastard" and unloads the shotgun into him. Perkins staggers back and hits the wall. We don't actually see him fall down, but it's a safe bet the world is short one Neo-Nazi thanks to the otherwise crazed Dr. Hathaway.
