A truck driver happens upon the scene where Frank's car went down an embankment.
"Holy cow," he says, obviously the only person over the age of 10 to say that.
He reports in the scene. He then goes to the parking lot, where Frank's associates, Turner and Rokyo, are observering and waiting. Unaware, he asks them for help. When they learn he's reported it in, meaning the cops will soon be on the scene, they shoot him rather coldly.
