Schwarzenegger and Mako aren't the only two actors from the first film returning. But they are the only two who reprise their original roles. Since Sven's character Thorgrim got skewered by a big spike previously, he appears here as a different character, one of wicked Queen Taramis' soldiers.
Queen Taramis wishes to resurrect the god Dagoth. To do so she dupes Conan into accompanying her niece, Jehnna, on a quest, promising to resurrect Valeria, his deceased lover from the first film.
Needless to say, being evil and all, the Queen has no intention of keeping her promise, and figures she only needs Conan for the first leg of the quest, and sends four of her elite guards to trail the party under orders to kill Conan and abscond with Jehnna after the group has Heart of Arhriman.
One has to question the validity of Taramis' decisions here. The horn will later turn out to be well-guarded by a small army led by a wizard, so apparently she places a great deal of faith in her guards. Considering how poorly they do against Conan's crew, though, that faith is sorely misplaced.
Three out of the four are killed quickly - one by Conan, the other two by Zula and Malak - while the fourth, Togra, rides off with Jehnna on his horse. Conan quickly overtakes him, and, dropping Jehnna, Togra decides that some good old-fashioned swordfighting is in order. The two do some jousting first, riding past one another and taking swipes at each other with their swords.
Ultimately, gravity steps in and both of them fall from their mounts. Jumping up and getting their second wind they resume clashing swords. It is a mildly entertaining fight but soon comes to an end as Conan is knocked to the ground.
As Togra raises his sword to strike the final blow, Conan slashes him across his midsection. Despite being heavily armored, this fells Togra instantly. Just for good measure, Conan gives the corpse one more good slash. If Togra was still alive before this, it certainly finishes him off.
One thing I forgot to mention is that Togra wears a cape that appears and disappears between shots. When he rides off with Jehnna he's wearing a long cape. When Conan catches up to them, the cape is gone, and then it's back again, and then gone again when he and Conan start fighting.
