Diaz is one of Arius (q.v.) and Bennett's (q.v.) hired thugs. Following the siege of John Matrix's house and the abduction of his daughter Jenny, Diaz rather stupidly remains behind to deliver Arius' ultimatum to Matrix.

However, Matrix has no time to sit and chat with the arrogant mercenary and so when Diaz confidently says, "If you want your kid back you gotta cooperate, right?" Matrix responds, matter-of-factly, "wrong." and shoots Diaz in the forehead.

OK. I sense a banning. What a weirdo.

I personally have nothing against nekrophiles, or any other kinds of fetushists for that matter, (unless they pronounce their fetush on a public forum) but I really don't see the eroticism in a mustachioed Cuban guy getting shot in the head and falling out of his chair. I did get a chuckle out of it though.

Moving on, when diaz says he has to cooperate, it is quite obviously a coded message actually saying," Please kill me, the audience is getting bored." At least I think so anyway.

Tempting fate?
