Delmar is given the license to kill mountaineer Hal Tucker following his failure to help Eric Qualen's (q.v.) gang track down the money laden suitcases that had been mislaid. Being an ex-football player, Delmar decides to use this opportunity to practice his kicking technique, using Hal as the football! Tucker is beaten to within an inch of his life, and is kicked towards the edge of a rather steep cliff, which is to be the scene of his death. Hal is in quite bad shape when Delmar finally kicks Hal over the cliff, but his innate mountaineering instinct makes him grab and hang on to a rock.

He is still in deep trouble though as Delmar puts his leg on Hal’s fingers and laughs sneeringly. Hal cries out in pain, but suddenly he draws his knife and stabs it in to Delmar’s leg. How quickly the tables turn. Delmar crouches because the pain and this gives Hal the opportunity to grab the shotgun from Delmar’s back.

Despite being injured and most likely concussed, Hal displays an unbelievable level of clarity, he loads the gun very quickly, and pressing it against Delmar’s stomach, he fires. The result is that Delmar flies over him and falls down the cliff to his death. As he is falling, the last words Delmar hears are Hal shouting "Seasons over asshole!”

Should this go under Own Weapon, since Hal uses Delmar's shotgun?
