For victims that we think have been killed due to suffering massive amounts of injuries that no reasonable person could survive, but who then rise up and continue to fight, causing terror amongst the audience who thought the film was over.
The title of the category is a reference to Monty Python, specifically "The Holy Grail", where characters are repeatedly said to be "Not quite dead" and then take ages to die. This seems to confuse a lot of our readership though unfortunately, who think it means that the character escapes death.
With hindsight, we should probably have chosen a different name, oh well...
So, just to make it clear, deaths with this category will in all but the rarest of cases, have the character (eventually) die! The only criteria is that they pop up after the director wanted us to think they were dead (so that they can be killed again).
