Friends can be a wonderful thing, but occasionally they can turn into infuriating baggage that you've somehow ended up lumbered with. The characters in this category have found an easy answer to this - nothing says "I've decided not to be your pal any more" than trying to butcher them.

Note that this category is subtly different from Betrayal. Here, the characters involved must have had a genuine friendship with each other, rather than just being allies of circumstance or duty.
